is the sister of accused No.1. At the time of marriage, her family members gave two tolas of gold and 20,000/- cash towards dowry. For one year they looked after well while they have resided as joint family along with her sister-in-law and other family members. Thereafter accused No.1 started harassing the complainant physically and mentally and demanded for more dowry. Accordingly, her grand mother gave 30,000/- as additional dowry, since the accused was threatening her that he will give divorce if the amount is not paid. Thereafter she has to suffer even after delivering a child. The accused No.1 did not take care of her and though she gave birth to two female children, he was insisting for male child and harassing the complainant. It is alleged that, on 27.12.2020, at about 12.00 mid night, the accused assaulted her with lighting lamp and tried to kill her by throttling her neck. Therefore she went to the Civil Hospital and admitted for three days. They have not taken care of her in the hospital also. Hence she lodged the complaint on 08.01.2021 against these petitioners. After registering the case, the police are making efforts to arrest the petitioners. Hence they have approached the Sessions Judge
