washing machine and thereafter they went back and again came on 30.11.2020 at 7.30 pm. They came inside the house and they were doing the repair of washing machine up to 9.00 am. Thereafter, they assaulted the complainant and her husband and robbed the golden ornaments after making the complainant unconscious. They also robbed 25,000/- and the mobile phones of the complainant. The complaint came to be registered in the mid night on 01.12.2020. During investigation, the police successfully apprehended the accused and seized the entire golden ornaments and cash of 25,000/-, apart from the mobile phones, which clearly goes to show that prima facie materials are placed on record against the accused for having actively participated in commission of robbery causing injury to the complainant and her husband and the same were seized from their custody on the voluntary statement. The accused persons went to the house under the guise of repairing the washing machine and committed the robbery, which is a heinous offence and they assaulted the aged persons.
