O R D E R
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Judge for passing the order on the pending bail petition.
The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, the learned Principal District Judge, Koppal, is directed to dispose of the bail petition pending which is filed on 06.06.2020 and in spite of lapse of eight to nine months, no order is passed on the bail petition and shall dispose of the matter within seven days, as per the Circular No.14/2020 issued by the High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru, DJA-I.105/2008, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Registrar is directed to intimate the concerned officer for disposing of the bail petition as per the Circular issued by High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru, and to follow the Circular scrupulously.
