ORDER
After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Judge for filing fresh bail petition on the ground of almost ending stage of trial and also on the medical ground, if any.
Submission of the learned counsel is placed on record.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
