family members, they went towards Mavinhonda village. The complainant knowing that the said persons might have come to commit theft of she buffalo, chased them to identify along with his uncle-Mukund on their motor bike and they went up to the border of the village. Thereafter, the said persons stopped their vehicles and started coming towards the complainant and his uncle. After seeing them, the complainant and his uncle tried to go back, at that time, the assailants started pelting stones on them and caused injuries and thereafter they assaulted the complainant, he fell unconscious and the assailants threw him into a open well. Later, some how he managed to come out of the well and saw his uncle was not found. Thereafter, he went to his relative house which was nearby the spot and they searched his uncle and later found his uncle dead in a well. By that time, his family members came and he was shifted to hospital. Accordingly, a complaint came to be registered before the police. During investigation, the police arrested these petitioners on 25.06.2020 and they are remanded to judicial custody. The petitioners approached the learned Sessions Judge for grant of bail which came to be rejected. Hence, they are before this Court.
