Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he intends to withdraw the petition pending in
M.C.No.1852/2020 pending on the file of the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Bangalore. In light of the said submission, petitioner submits that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
