Heard the learned counsel appearing for the complainant and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State Government as well as the accused. The breach alleged is of the direction contained in the judgment and order dated 12^th February, 2016 in W.P. No.58477 of 2015.

The facts of this contempt petition are identical to the facts of CCC. No.279 of 2021. For the reasons recorded in

a separate order passed today in CCC. No.279 of 2021, we dispose of this contempt petition by passing the following order:

ORDER

(i) The contempt petition is disposed of subject to the condition of the State of Karnataka paying costs quantified at Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) to the complainant within one month from today;

(ii) It will be open for the complainant to challenge the order/endorsement dated 22^nd July, 2021 in accordance with law;

(iii) Though the contempt petition is disposed of, for reporting compliance regarding payment of costs, the same shall be listed for Orders on 14^th September, 2021.
