The learned Additional Government Advocate

states that the third accused has passed an order of conversion. The learned counsel appearing for the complainant does not dispute that an order of conversion has been passed. However, he submits that the third accused has illegally put a condition of obtaining the consent of Bengaluru Development

Authority.

The only prayer in W.P. No.8914 of 2020 which appears to have been considered by the

learned Single Judge is of directing the Deputy Commissioner to complete the exercise of

conversion of the lands of the complainant in the light of the application uploaded by the complainant as per Annexure-L1 to the writ petition.

Therefore, the third accused has complied with the directions contained in the order dated 6^th October, 2020. If the complainant has any grievance about the condition imposed, it is for him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
