Learned Government Advocate has filed a memo enclosing copy of the communication dated 21.06.2021 addressed by JSS Arts, Commerce and Science College to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, JSS College branch, Mysuru, which would indicate that a
sum of Rs.78,660/- (Rupees Seventy Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixty only) has been credited to the
account of complainant.
Hence, contempt proceedings stands dropped .
However, we reserve liberty to the complainant to revive this proceedings in the event of the said amount of Rs.78,660/- has not been credited to the account of complainant.
