This Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to declare the Government order dated 08.10.2015, issued by the R-1 vide at Annexure-A is illegal, unreasonable, Arbitrary and passed without application of the mind and quash the same; and etc.,

ORDER
In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the
following relief:
“ 1. a writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorari declaring the Government order bearing No.ED 166 TPU 2015 dated 08.10.2015, issued by the 1st respondent vide at Annexure-A is illegal, unreasonable, arbitrary and passed without application of the mind and quash the same;

conducting Volleyball National Tournament. In respect of Annexure-A, the petitioner had the benefit of interim stay of conducting Volleyball National Tournament of the year 2015 and 2016.
present petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
