It is brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, an

endorsement dated 01.09.2018, is issued rejecting

the claim of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the said endorsement dated 01.09.2018.
