This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to 3 to dispose off the complaints based on the reports dated 07.12.2019 vide Annexure-D and D1 and by following the procedure contemplated under circular dated 03.10.2019 vide Annexure-G. B) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents No.1, 4 to 6 to consider the complaints/representations dated 01.10.2019 and 15.11.2019 vide Annexure-F and F1 by registering FIR.

Heard Sri Mahantesh Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shivakumar R. Tengli, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner

is working as Surveyor in Special Land Acquisition Office, Railway Project, Sindhanoor Taluka, Raichur District. It is stated in the petition that his brother by name Nataraj died on 23.03.2016 leaving behind wife Smt. Manjula and she was making allegations against the petitioner as well as family members of the petitioner without any basis and in this regard, she has preferred a suit in O.S.No.160/2017 against the petitioner and his family members. The apprehension of the petitioner is that, since he is working in Government office and the said Smt. Manjula is making frivolous complaints against him and in that view of the matter, he made representation dated 01.10.2019 and 15.11.2019 produced at Annexure-F and F1. In this regard, the office of the petitioner where he was working, receiving complaints against the petitioner made by unknown persons and without showing proper address made by such scrupulous people. In that view of the matter, he filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents herein to dispose of such frivolous complaints

made by the unknown people against him, in the light of the circular issued by the Government dated 03.10.2019 produced at Annexure-G, as well as notification dated 06.11.2019.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Authorities to pass appropriate orders with regard to those complaints made by the unknown persons, if any, filed against the petitioner herein at the earliest, in view of the circular issued by the respondents.

The respondents shall complete the exercise of disposal of such complaints made by the unknown people against the petitioner herein within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
