Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks time to comply with office objections. However, he requests this Court to take up the matter due to urgency. Acceding to his request, the matter is taken up.

The present petition has been filed for seeking of mandamus directing that the case in Crime No.205/2020 of Konanakunte Police Station arises out of PCR No.8352/2020 pending on the file of IV

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru to be transferred from respondent No.3 to the Police Officer of the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police serving under Administrative jurisdiction of respondent No.2 as ordered by this Court vide its order dated 16.09.2020 in W.P.No.9675/2020 and other connected matters.

Sri Amar Correa, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as regards other connected complaint which has been registered by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2020 in W.P.No.9675/2020 had directed for the investigation to be transferred to the Deputy Superintendent of Police nominated by respondent No.2. The present complaint is also one among series of complaint relatable to the cases subject matter of W.P.No.9675/2020 and would also merit similar orders.

On perusal of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9675/2020 as also PCR No.8352/2020 it is found that the facts and circumstances are more or less similar and arises out of the same transaction or similar transaction.

In view thereof, in terms of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.9675/2020, respondent No.2the Commissioner of Police is directed to entrust investigation of the above matter to the same Deputy Superintendent of Police who is entrusted with the investigation in the series of matter covered under W.P.No.9675/2020 and other

connected matters.
