The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implement the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.60996/2011 (LRES) c/w W.P.No.60253/2011 (L-TER) disposed of 01.10.2012 and consider the representations dated 16.07.2020, 18.01.2013 and 19.02.2019 vide AnnexuresB, D and F.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will not press the implement of the directions issued by this in the aforesaid writ petitions. As far as considering the representations is concerned, he seeks for mandamus.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents will consider the representations

produced vide Annexures-B, D and F in accordance with law.

Accepting the submission made by the learned

counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed off directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 16.07.2010, 18.01.2013 and 19.02.2019 vide Annexures-B, D and F within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that for implementation of the

award by the reference Court, petitioner is at liberty to file execution petition under sub-section (9) of Section 11 of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947.
