JUDGMENT

We have heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Central Government Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and we have perused the impugned order dated 02.11.2020.

We note that the writ petition is yet to be heard, but this appeal is filed against the order dated 02.11.2020. On hearing learned counsel for the appellant,

and when we queried as to what the appellant intends to

do, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that if some time is granted, he would report at Chhattisgarh and thereafter at Calicut.

Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for the appellant and in exercise of our judicial discretion, we permit the appellant to report at Chhattisgarh (17^th Battalion) on or before 21.12.2020 . Thereafter, the appellant shall report at Calicut (184^th Battalion) as per the orders of the competent authority.

Consequently, we are extending the time for

the appellant to report at Chhattisgarh from 02.11.2020 to 21.12.2020.
