This Regular Second Appeal is filed under section 100 of CPC, praying to call for the records and set aside the judgment and decree dated 27.04.2018 passed by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Humnabad, in R.A.No.4/2017 and judgment and decree dated 03.01.2017, passed by the Addl. Civil Judge at Humnabad, in O.S.No.194/2014, and decree the suit of the plaintiff by allowing this appeal.
