Though the office has raised several office
objections including the payment of deficit court fees, the same has not been complied.
The learned counsel for the cross objector is present before the Court. He submits that in spite of intimating the cross objector, she has not turned up. It appears that, she is not have any interest to pursue the case. The said submission is placed on record and the cross objection is dismissed for noncompliance of office objections.
