grounds or reasons to reduce the disability to 60% and thereafter after taking 1/3rd of disability, the tribunal has awarded the compensation towards loss of future income. But, actually the accident has taken place in the year 2011 as per Lok Adalath chart the notional income ought to have been taken @ 8,000/- per month. If the income of the injured has taken @ Rs.8,000/- and by taking 1/3rd of the total disability of 80%, it would come to 20%, then under such circumstances the claimant is entitled to an amount of Rs.3,18,240/- towards loss of future earning.
