Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conference submits that, the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the original suit from which the present petition has arisen, itself has been dismissed. He submits that he would file necessary memo in that regard. In the meantime, he would send an e-mail to the registry in that regard.
