The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that initially

Crl.Misc.No.14/2006 was dismissed, vide order dated 28.2.2011. The said order was challenged in Crl.R.P.No.313/2011. The Presiding Officer of the Fast Track Court set aside the order passed in Crl.Misc.No.14/2006 by order dated 22.10.2011 and remanded the matter to the trial Court directing both the parties to appear before the trial Court on 8.11.2011. But the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court. Hence Crl.Misc.No.14/2016 was dismissed. Under these circumstances, the present criminal revision petition does not survive for consideration, as the

same has become infructuous. A memo will be filed in the office for withdrawal of the petition.
