ORDER
The petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. wherein the petitioner seeks grant of bail in Crime No.462/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 397 of IPC registered by respondent - Police Station.

“On 25-12-2019, around 4.20 a.m. his Company sent a duty reporting message to his Mobile No.7337685631. Then he took his car from his house to report duty and around 4.30 a.m. he parked his car by the side of a tea stall which is situated at Hoskote Town KEB Circle, near Government Hostel, for the purpose of drinking Tea. At that time, four unknown persons came on two bikes and two of them came to tea stall and asked money from tea stall person but he refused to pay money, then they showed the knife at him and hit his head by knife and caused injury and snatched money from him. Thereafter, they came near the complainant and hit his hands with knife. They snatched Samsung A 30 Mobile and asked for car keys. He refused to give keys. One person went near the car, took the car and went towards Bangalore. Other three persons went on their bike. Complainant had not seen the bike number. He went to the hospital for taking treatment. The accused took away the amount of

Rs.3,000/- and original documents of car. On these allegations he filed complaint .”

Accordingly, the petition is rejected.
