Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that the Investigating Officer has dropped names of the petitioners No. 2 and 3 from the charge sheet. Hence, their present petition does not survive. He has also sought for withdrawal of the petition of the present petitioner No.1, however, with the liberty to file fresh petition since subsequent to filing of this petition charge sheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken against her.

In view of the memo and supporting submission, the petition of the petitioners No.2 and 3 herein stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
