ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner through video conference. It is submitted that the memo for posting along with memo for withdrawal of the petition was sent to Registrar Judicial through e-mail on 28.05.2020.
Further, it is submitted that this bail petition was filed before filing of the charge sheet. Subsequently, the charge sheet has been filed. Hence, petitioner intends to approach the Sessions Court for seeking bail.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the memo sent through e-mail on 28.05.2020 to Registrar Judicial is placed on record.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a
liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court.
