Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo reporting that both the parties to this case have entered into a compromise insofar as pertains to criminal miscellaneous petition filed under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code in Crl.Misc.No.466/2008 and have also agreed to withdraw the matrimonial case in M.C.No.241/2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would seek liberty to file fresh petition, in the event the matrimonial case is not withdrawn.
Memo is placed on record. Reserving such liberty to the petitioner, the present civil petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
