Heard the learned Counsel for the complainants and the learned Counsel appearing for the accused.

In each petition, an affidavit has been filed by accused No.1. A copy of the decision taken on the representation made by the complainants has been annexed to the said affidavits. In paragraph 2 of the said affidavit, reasons for the delay in making compliance with the order have been set out and unconditional apology has been tendered for the delay. Considering what is stated in paragraph 2 of the affidavit, the apology deserves to be accepted. In view of acceptance of the apology and the

compliance reported, no case is made out to proceed further against the respondents-accused under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The notice issued earlier shall stand discharged. Petitions are disposed of.
