W.P.No.40534/2018 has initiated this proceeding alleging that respondent has not considered the proposal submitted by 2^nd respondent in writ petition dated 14.08.2012 as ordered on 28.09.2018 in the said writ petition.

Sri.B.V.Krishna, learned Government Advocate has filed an affidavit of the respondent enclosing the communication /endorsement dated 24.02.2020 whereunder claim of the petitioner came to be examined taking into consideration the communication dated 14.08.2012 forwarded by Director cum Technical Education Department and rejected the same. In that view of the matter, direction issued stands complied. Placing the affidavit on record contempt proceedings are dropped.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the reply - endorsement dated 24.02.2020 issued to complainant and complainant would be at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
