O R D E R
This writ petition was filed on 07.01.2019 by the wife of Sri Pramod Ramappa Koravar alleging that her husband has been in illegal detention. The respondent is Police Inspector of Janasnehi Police Station, Betageri.
Court on 08.01.2019 we issued notice to the respondent and learned Government Advocate who accepted notice submitted that he would get instructions in the matter. Thereafter on the very same day i.e., on yesterday, learned Government Advocate submitted by filing a memo that Pramod Ramappa Koravar, husband of the petitioner has been arrested in respect of Crime No.113/2018

pertaining to Betageri Police Station allegedly for having committed offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. and he was arrested on 07.01.2019 at 7.00 a.m. at Keshwapur, Hubli and thereafter after enquiry he was taken into custody and after enquiry he was arrested on the same day and produced before the II Additional Civil Judge J.M.F.C Court at Gadag and remanded to judicial custody. He also produced the document in support of the said submission.
