THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE DIRECTION TO REVOKE/TERMINATE/SUSPEND THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF THE RESPONDENT NO.1 COMPANY WHICH HAS INSTALLED THE MOBILE TOWER (ANTENNA) AND TO AWARD A MEDICAL COMPENSATION TO THE PETITIONER’S FAMILIES WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM VARIOUS AILMENTS, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. ISSUE DIRECTION TO THE RESPONDENT NOS. 2 AND 3 TO CANCEL THE SAID LEASE DEED EXECUTED BETWEEN THE RESPONDENT NO.1 AND RESPONDENT NO.2 AND FURTHER TO NOT ENCOURAGE ANY SUCH ACTIVITIES. DAMAGES MAY BE ALSO ALLOWED IN FAVOUR OF THE PETITIONERS AND AGAINST THE RESPONDENT.
