ORDER
These writ petitions are directed against an order in
appeals passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. The appeals were preferred against the order of Debt Recovery Tribunal vacating the interim order.
In view of the order dated 27th June 2016 passed by this Court, limited interim relief granted by this Court was also modified and the authorities were permitted to allot the contract to a selected bidder.
Therefore, with the passage of time, the writ petitions do not survive. Accordingly the writ petitions are disposed of.
We make it clear that we have not made adjudication
on the merits of the original application pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
