ORDER
When the Court pointed out the contents of the trust deed of
the petitioner, the copies of which have been annexed to the petitions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petitions on the ground that fresh petitions will be filed by the member or members of the petitioner
in their individual capacity, on the same cause of action.
The disposal of these petitions will not prevent the members of the
petitioner from filing fresh petitions on the same cause of action.
