ORDER
The present writ petitions have been filed by the petitioner Nos.1 to 12, praying this Court to quash the order dated 25.04.2019 passed as per Annexure-‘A’. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are duly qualified advocates and they have put in sufficient practice as Advocates at Sirsi Court and they are qualified to be empanelled in the panel of Advocates. An interview for the said purpose was held on 20.01.2019 and after being satisfied the qualification and other materials, a list was published on 02.02.2019, selecting the petitioners as the Panel Advocates as per Annexure-‘C’.

respondent No.3. He further submitted that earlier Chairman of the Committee has now transferred and new Chairman has taken the charge of the said Committee and it is also not within his knowledge about the said order.
