THIS WP IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 & 227 OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO SET ASIDE THE ORDER OF THE KARNATAKA ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL IN APPLICATION NO.7523-7530/2014 DATED: 31.03.2015 AND THE ORDER IN REVIEW APPLICATIONS NO.46 TO 175/2015 DATED: 23.02.2016 IN SO FAR AS ITS RELATES TO PETITIONERS, AND TO ALLOW THE SAID APPLICATIONS BY GRANTING RELIEF OF SERVICE MONETARY BENEFITS FLOWING FROM THEM AND CONSEQUENTLY DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO FIX THE PAY OF THE PETITIONERS AT Rs.275-550/- AS EXISTED ON 08.01.1974 AND CONTINUE THEREAFTER WITH PAY REVISION FROM TIME TO TIME AND TO CONTINUE THE LAST PAY ACCORDINGLY DRAWN BY THE PETITIONERS AS ON THE DATE OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DATES OF RETIREMENT AND ALSO RE-FIX THE PENSION ALSO THE PAY ARREARS ALONG WITH INTEREST.
