Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has called in question the

proceedings dated 10.10.2007 and 02/07/2008 vide Annexures A-9 and A-13 respectively. This writ petition is directed against the order of a competent authority removing the petitioner from services on the

ground of the petitioner having furnished a false caste certificate. The same having been adjudicated before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.5710 of 2008, the Tribunal disposed off the application reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation of her caste certificate before an appropriate authority.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty as observed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal.

Submission is placed on record.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
