Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by the endorsement issued at Annexure-L to the writ petition, whereby the respondent Development Authority has been pleased to reject the request of the petitioner on the premise that the layout is not handed over to the Development Authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would place reliance on the ruling rendered by this Court in W.P.No.15682/2004 and other connected writ petitions, whereby this Court has been pleased to direct the respondent Authorities to consider the applications and pass appropriate orders.

instant writ petition is also disposed of by directing the respondents to reconsider the application of the petitioner at Annexure-E to the writ petition, in accordance with law. The consideration and disposal shall be within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
