ORDER
Office has furnished a report stating that EP No.46/2014 on the file of the Prl. Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Bagalkote came to be disposed off on 21.02.2019.
In the light of the same, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in the present petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
It is made clear that the contention of the petitioner is kept open to be raised.
