Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the appeal has been rendered infructuous on account of out of Court settlement arrived at between the parties.
Learned counsel for appellant sought time to get instructions in the matter. The appeal was again listed on 18.10.2019. Once again time was sought by appellant’s counsel to get instructions in the matter. Hence, it was ordered to be listed today (i.e. 24.10.2019).
