In the present case this Court had passed the order dated 27.05.2019 directing the petitioner to deposit the entire maintenance amount within six weeks, failing which, this petition stands dismissed automatically.
It is submitted that the petitioner has not complied with specific direction and no amount has been deposited. Hence, in view of the memo filed by the counsel for the petitioner and also peremptory order dated 27.05.2019, this revision petition stands dismissed.
