This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying toe quash the impugned order dated 04.10.2018 passed by the JMFC Sindagi Dist Vijayapur in C.C.No.361/2015 pending on his file and subsequently dismiss the application filed by the prosecution U/Sec. 319/2015 on the file of JMFC Sindagi.

order:
“One week time is granted, as a last chance. If the office objections are not complied within such period, the matter shall be listed for dismissal on the next date of hearing.”

Till today, office objections have not been complied. Hence, in view of peremptory order, the petition is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
