Perusal of the record makes out that nobody had
appeared for the petitioner on the previous date too, i.e., on 14.11.2018. Yet, in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned.
With consecutive defaults, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition and we find no reason to continue with this petition any further.
In the given circumstances, the proceedings herein stand closed, while making it clear that we have not pronounced on the merits of the case.
