This writ petition filed under article 226 and 227 of the constitution of India, praying to Quash the portion of the order dated:16.02.2017 in so far it relates to directing the Assistant Commissioner Chikkodi to cancel the mutation entry and also the finding that the petitioner has purchased the property from the persons who are not the owners of the property. Passed in RB/PTCL/AP-30/2015-16 as per Annexure-C.
This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court, delivered the following;

Finally four weeks’ time is granted to compliance of the office objection/s. If not complied, the petition stands dismissed without reference to the Bench.
