ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to consider the representations at Annexure-H, J and K. The petitioner states that an endorsement has been issued dated 07.09.2018 and hence states that the present petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus does not arise.
In view of the memo and the submission made, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Liberty is reserved to challenge the endorsement.
