The delay of 22 days in filing of the appeal is ignored.
Learned counsel for the appellant frankly points out that since after passing of the impugned order dated 20.11.2017 and in pursuance thereof, the competent authority has passed the order on 14.05.2018 rejecting the appellant’s prayer for disqualifying the first respondent; and the appellant seeks to question the said order dated 14.05.2018 in appropriate proceedings.
With these submissions, learned counsel has moved a memo seeking to withdraw with liberty for the appellant to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
