By order dated17.07.2018 the learned counsel for appellant was directed to furnish amended cause title of lower appellate court. The order sheet also discloses that on 25.11.2016 he was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund and to file acknowledgement.
