NO. 543/2011 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raibag, dismissing the suit filed for maintenance.

This appeal coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R
Two weeks’ time is granted finally to comply with the office objections subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Advocates’ Association Library Fund, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
