Two weeks’ time is granted to comply with the office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to the Advocates’ Association Library Fund, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad, failing which the petition stands dismissed without reference to the Bench.

Note:- As per endorsement made in the Order Sheet dated 20.06.2018, the Advocate for the petitioner has not complied with the office objections at Sl. No. 1 to 8 & advocate has not paid the cost of Rs. 2,000/-. Hence this RPFC No. 100007/2017 stands dismissed as per the Court order dated 6/4/2018.
