O R D E R

This appeal is admitted on 10.06.2013. Even after lapse of five years, papers books are not filed. Further time is sought. Hence, further time of four weeks is granted subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) with the registry within four weeks.

It is made clear that if either the costs are not paid or paper books are not filed within four weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.
