1 The writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a

limited direction to the respondent authorities of the BBMP to consider

the representation of the petitioner dated 11.4.2016 for considering the

case of the petitioner for making necessary khata entries in the Khata

the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act.

2 Learned counsel for the respondent BBMP submits that the said

representation has been filed only on 11.4.2016 and therefore,

reasonable time may be given to the respondent to consider the same,

in accordance with law.
