The petitioner is aggrieved by an order rejecting to renew
the licence granted to the petitioner’s unit which is a Saw Mill.
the saw mill of the petitioner is within 10 km. radius of the

forest area and therefore, the licence has been denied to the petitioner.
There is no infirmity in the said order. Hence, the writ
petition is dismissed.
