This Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned public auction proceedings for the execution of the decree in CEP No.576/04-05 thereby to bring the schedule land for public auction and to declare the said public auction as per constitutional, invalid and illegal vide Annexures G and H.
