registered Sale Deed dated 10.07.1996. Petitioner and her son have approached the Civil Court by filing O.S.No.7267/1998 against the Corporation and also against respondents 3 & 4. They claimed to have obtained an order of injunction against the authorities of Corporation of the City of Bangalore. There is another suit filed by the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.865/1997 before the Civil Court wherein he has sought for permanent injunction against the petitioner and her son. The said case is also pending.

and if there is a dispute regarding the premises pending in the Civil Court, it will be open to the petitioner to obtain necessary orders from the Civil Court and produce it before the Assistant Executive Engineer, BESCOM, whereupon the Assistant Executive Engineer shall take steps in accordance with law for supply of electricity. Reserving such liberty to the petitioner, having regard to the pendency of the matter before the Civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of. If the authorities do not consider the request even after producing necessary documents including the orders of the Civil Court granting temporary injunction said to have been obtained in favour of the petitioner, then it will be open to the petitioner to approach this Court once again.
